Our goal is to help families protect their assets in case their main source of income passes away. You will be calling leads, helping them fill out applications and finding them the best plan for their budgets and needs. We will not ask you to sell to your friends and family or ask you to cold call. Our sales reps experience a strong work-life balance when they follow our systems and sales tactics. 

You will make your own choices. You will be offered expert training and support to flesh out your sales skills. You can work 100% virtual or meet clients in person. Full time or Part Time positions are available now. Just know that the more you work, the more money you will make!

You will be responsible for calling warm leads and scheduling appointments, consulting with clients to find the best coverage based on what fits their needs and budget, filling out applications with the client, following up with clients to make sure that the coverage was placed correctly, and hiring and training new agents to help clients and build your business.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contact potential clients that have requested coverage
  • Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Attend zoom training meetings
 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent work ethic
  • High level of integrity
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred
Full-time income range $75k–$120k (performance-based)
